The X 54 stands out for its spacious cockpit, which reflects the philosophy of the interior saloon: a large open space to enjoy the boat in maximum
comfort. The space is ideally organized into three areas: a large sundeck aft (a section of which can be lifted to access the
guest cabin), the living area with a U-shaped sofa, a coffee table in the center, and a refrigerator opposite, and the wheelhouse forward. The boat is constructed
entirely of fiberglass with unidirectional E-glass tapes for reinforcement on the keelson struts and the longitudinal and
transverse structures. The cores of the sandwich structures are made of closed-cell PVC foam panels of varying densities. The watertight bulkheads are
made of marine plywood (okoumè) connected with fiberglass tape to the hull and deck. The gelcoat is an
isophthalic neopentyl polyester, which is among the most elastic and glossy on the market. When passing over waves, the boat's behavior is
soft yet powerful, smoothly emerging from even the deepest troughs. In calm sea conditions, the X 54 Ipanema reaches a
speed of approximately 37 knots at 2,400 rpm, while the cruising speed is around 33 knots at 2,200 rpm.
